The National Anti-Corruption Agency (NAZK) has begun monitoring the lifestyle of former Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Ruslan Kravchenko. This was prompted by a journalistic investigation that revealed that in July 2023, when Kravchenko was heading the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, his then-mother-in-law invested approximately 670 thousand dollars in the construction of a villa in Dubai.

According to the investigation, Alina Shkrobets, the mother of Khavchenko's former wife, Elena Shkrobets, invested the specified amount in the construction of a villa with an area of over 143 square meters in the Damac Lagoons residential complex in Dubai. After the divorce, the property was transferred to a new owner, who was observed in the company of the former prosecutor's ex-mother-in-law.

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) stated that the information from the journalist's investigation will be taken into account during the monitoring of Kravchenko's lifestyle. As a reminder, after being dismissed from his position, former Prosecutor General Kravchenko declared a house worth 23 million hryvnias and a power plant.
