According to the investigation, the man struck the boy several times in the head and body with his fists on September 5 2026. On October 7, he took the child from the bed to the hallway and struck him in the direction of the corridor due to refusing to study. Law enforcement officers learned about the assault by chance, discovering a video of one of the assaults while monitoring social media.
Juvenile prosecutors from the Borispol District Prosecutor's Office have informed a man about suspicion under Part 1 and Part 2 of Article 127 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
