DTEK reported that the outages are being carried out at the direction of Ukrenergo in order to stabilize the energy system. No hourly schedules are being applied during the emergency outages.
The company emphasized that this is necessary to avoid significant damage to the energy infrastructure and to ensure its stable operation.
