An accident involving a motorcyclist is being investigated in the Kyiv region.

According to preliminary information, the driver of a Toyota Prado did not yield to a BMW motorcycle, resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist, who was subsequently hospitalized. The police have launched an investigation.
A traffic accident occurred in the village of Hora, in the Boryspil district of the Kyiv region. According to preliminary information provided by law enforcement, the driver of a Toyota Prado vehicle, while exiting a secondary road, failed to yield to a BMW motorcycle.
As a result of the accident, the motorcyclist sustained bodily injuries. He was taken to a hospital for medical treatment.
Investigators from the Borispol District Police Department have launched a pre-trial investigation under Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of traffic safety rules). The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
