In Kyiv, the "Pink October" campaign, aimed at combating breast cancer, is ongoing. The Department of Health of the Kyiv City Administration is offering women aged 45 years and older the opportunity to undergo a mammogram examination free of charge.

The examinations will be conducted at the "Mother and Child Center of the No. 5 Clinical Hospital of Kyiv" (Maternity Ward No. 3), located at Vasyl Kucher Street, 7 — 16, 24 and October 31. Referrals and prior appointments are not required. Individuals should bring a valid form of identification, and, if possible, the results of previous mammograms and reports from other breast examinations.

Medical professionals emphasize that regular preventative check-ups allow for the timely detection of changes and, if necessary, further examination and treatment.
