In Kyiv, major repairs are underway on the overpass at the intersection of Myropilska Street and Brovarsky Prospect, near the "Chernihivska" metro station. The concrete work on the arch structure has been completed: it was carried out in stages, from the middle part to the outer sections, to evenly distribute the load on the structure.

Currently, construction workers are completing the concrete pouring of transition slabs on the approaches to the overpass and preparing to install waterproofing, which will protect the concrete and reinforcing steel from water and corrosive substances. A closed drainage system has already been built on the site to divert water from the roadway, and road crews are laying asphalt concrete on the access and approach areas.

The plan is to restore traffic on the bridge and open access via Brovarsky Prospect in December 2026 year. The complete renovation of the transport junction is scheduled for 2027 year.

The work is being carried out around the clock: according to the company, over 300 specialists and approximately 150 units of equipment are working at the site, with quality control being carried out by technical supervision specialists and laboratories. The upgrade of the overpass will cost the city almost a billion hryvnias; work began at the beginning of 2026 year, and the active phase of construction began in April.

During the construction period, traffic on the overpass is completely restricted, and public transport routes have been altered.
