In the Darnyi district of Kyiv, four family medicine clinics that do not have their own shelters will temporarily provide medical assistance remotely during the "yellow" level of air alert. This was announced by the Department of Healthcare of the Kyiv City Council.
This refers to outpatient clinics of the Primary Health Care Center No. 2 in the Darnyi district. Doctors will provide consultations by phone, and medical staff will be located in designated shelters.
Patients scheduled for appointments during this period are advised not to come to outpatient clinics, but to wait for a call from their doctor. It is also advisable to check if the phone number listed in the patient's declaration is still valid. Outpatient clinics will continue to operate via mobile numbers: here, you can find contact information for your family doctor, clarify working hours and available services, or book an appointment, for example, through the Helsi service.
Once the air threat has passed, facilities will return to normal operations. If the health condition deteriorates significantly during the threat and requires immediate medical attention, please call 103 and do not go to the clinic on your own.
The operational procedures for healthcare facilities during a potential air attack have been approved by a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers from September 21 2026 year, No. 1158. At the yellow level, healthcare facilities may continue to operate if access to shelters is ensured for staff and visitors. At the red level, staff and patients must move to shelters if it can be done without additional risk to life, and assistance that could endanger the life or health of a patient should continue to be provided. Emergency medical dispatch services operate continuously, regardless of the threat level.
